Let me take this moment to share with you the measures PTI Office Furniture & Design Group is taking to minimize any interruption in service for you and your business.
Currently, our manufacturers are at 100% production capacity and we are running standard 1-2 week lead-times for most of our furniture lines. Some delivery schedules have changed but we are receiving updates daily form our factories.
Our entire staff is working from home continuing to take orders and working on floorplans and project designs. Please feel free to call us or use the contact form on our website to get ahold of us.
As soon as we are allowed we will reopen to the public our 30,000 Sq. Ft. Showroom, Design Center, & Pre-Owned furniture Warehouse all located in Ridgefield, NJ. When we do reopen it will be after a 2 day infectious disease decontamination service comes in and administers services laid out by the CDC (Center For Disease Control) and the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) making your shopping experience a clean and safe one.
Regarding deliveries & Installations, please understand while we do not have full control over our logistics partners, we are utilizing trucking lines that have the fastest service. However, doing our small part to keep your business thriving matters to us. While we are doing our best to plan and execute during this difficult time, there may be some developments beyond our control that may disrupt our lead-times. With this in mind, please allow as much time as possible on projects with critical installation dates and convey those dates to your Salesperson or Designer.
